Nigerian rapper and songwriter Blaqbonez has returned with a new single titled “FYP,” featuring rising artist Monochrome.
The record forms part of Blaqbonez’s latest two-song release, alongside “BIG PERFORMER,” giving fans two new records from the Chocolate City rapper. The new release adds to an already active 2026 run for Blaqbonez, following his collaboration with Asake on “Chanel.”
“FYP” brings Blaqbonez together with Monochrome, an emerging Lagos-based musician who is gaining attention within Nigeria’s underground music scene. The collaboration gives the rising artist an opportunity to share the spotlight with one of the country’s most recognizable contemporary rappers.
